Hi everyone! I'm Stacy, Master Local Leader and Co-Founder of Local Barre Fitness.
How would you describe your class style?
Music-driven! My favourite tracks are always the ones where I was first inspired by the song. From there I carefully curate the movements to match the beat and challenge you in ways you (hopefully!) don’t notice as you get lost in the music. My goal is for you to leave class with a little extra pep in your step after a FUN class, so leading with positivity is always top of mind, too!
What's your favourite song to barre to the beat to?
Probably something from Kygo! That said, T Swift, Ariana Grande or an old school Mariah would probably be a close second.
But to be honest, my playlists tend to be a collection of Billboard Top 100 tracks that have been overplayed WAY too many times. I have a hard time letting go of the good ones 😉. Oh and if there’s a remix? Chances are it’s on there. I’m more of a remix > original person.
