In Studio Local Special
Live from Inside the Pink Doors! Join in on a live Local Special class at either or Regina or Saskatoon Studios. The Local Special is just that: our specialty that defines our method. The general flow of the class moves from a warm up to set the tone and get moving, to a weighted series that fatigues the upper body, followed by barre and floor/core work. Exercises are carefully chosen to fatigue all muscle groups.
