Hi everyone! I'm Amy, Local Leader at the YQR studio.
How would you describe your class style?
Being a former yoga instructor, alignment and form is always my number one priority in all my classes. In addition to that, I like to use upbeat songs that feel good to move to. When I plan my classes, I like to listen to a song and explore how my body wants to intuitively move to it. I am a firm believer in exercise being a celebration of what our bodies can do and should therefore always be fun!
