How would you describe your class style?

In my classes, you can expect killer playlists that compliment bursts of cardio throughout the class. I like to give you a good mix of getting that heart rate lifted, then bringing it down with tracks that focus on muscle isolation and holds, then bringing it right back up with jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers - you name it! I definitely work to push you to your limit, but always promise a good stretch at the end.

What's your favourite song to barre to the beat to?

A song I always find myself really enjoying while I teach a class is Boys (Black Caviar Remix) by Lizzo. I created an intense shoulder/cardio track to this song way back when and have loved it ever since.
