The Level Up series has been carefully designed to challenge the entire body by building deep strength and pushing endurance. Each class alternates between strength focused and HIIT style workouts. These 8 classes will leave you feeling stronger, improve your stamina, and help you to Level Up your workouts from home! Optional props used are light & heavy weights, sliders, and a mat.
This 8 class Series is suggested to be completed in 14 days with the flexibility to do it on your own schedule. It is intended to provide an extra challenge, but as always, modifications are given.
