Hi everyone! I'm Megan, Local Leader at the YQR studio.

How would you describe your class style?

My goal for each class is to use tracks with bursts of cardio and core-challenging movements to have the studio filled with energy. I want us all to leave feeling accomplished, proud and ready to take on the rest of the day!
What's your favourite song to barre to the beat to?

I’m really not picky when it comes to music – anything with a catchy beat to get into that motivated mindset and have fun! Looking at my playlists, you’ll often find Khalid, Zacari and Alicia Keys. Also, anything acoustic to end off class with a gooood stretch is my fav!!
