How would you describe your class style?
I love to keep you moving - high energy tracks, quick transitions in between and of course cardio bursts throughout the class. I hope to make you feel the intensity building from one tract to another, allowing you to feel like you have left it all in the room each and every time you leave those pink doors. My goal each class is to make you test your limits by creating a space where the energy and music take over when the struggle kicks in.
What’s your favourite song to barre to the beat to?
I love a good remix! Especially to a track you can sing along to as well - it helps distract you from that burn and helps to push you just a little further with every beat. And of course a track with a good beat drop for those cardio based tracks!
