How would you describe your class style?
High energy and FUN! I’m like a weird combo of your quirky best friend and the ultimate hype beast, and my classes definitely reflect that.
My goal is to have every single person leave my class smiling and sweaty through dynamic movements, good music, and my questionable jokes. I will push you to do your absolute best, but promise you will have fun doing it.

How do you pick just one?!
My taste in music is all over the map, which is well reflected with the diversity in my class playlists. Most commonly I like to include a mix of top hits, remixes, alternative rock, and classic throwbacks. I also like to include songs you might not expect to see in a barre class to keep things fun and fresh.
If I have to get specific I would narrow it down to Kisser by the Step Rockets, Cinema by Benny Benassi, or literally anything by Loud Luxury.
